How to Use the Estimate Generator
This guide explains how to create estimates, set validity periods, and include delivery and payment terms.
Getting Started
Fill in the fields in the preview and changes update instantly.
Basic Information
Client Information
Enter the client name. You can add a department/contact line if needed.
Issuer Information
Enter issuer name, postal code, and address. Optional: phone, fax, email, and registration number.
Estimate Number
Set a unique estimate number for tracking.
Issue Date
Choose the estimate date (defaults to today).
Validity Period
Set the expiration date for the estimate.
Project / Subject
Add a project name or subject line.
Line Items & Amounts
Line Item Details
Add descriptions, quantity (up to 2 decimals), unit, and unit price (whole numbers).
Tax Rates per Item
Select 10% or 8% per item to update the tax breakdown automatically.
Automatic Totals
Line totals are quantity × unit price rounded to the nearest whole number. Tax is floor-rounded and totals update automatically.
Customization Options
Color Schemes
Pick a color scheme to match your brand or preference.
Currency
Choose from multiple currencies including JPY, USD, EUR, KRW, and more.
Seal/Stamp Image
Upload your company seal or stamp image (PNG or JPEG, max 1MB). Transparent background recommended.
Downloading Your PDF
Click "Download PDF" to generate your estimate.
On iPhone, the PDF may open in a new tab. Tap the Share button and choose "Save to Files" to keep it.
The service processes data only temporarily for the purpose of generating PDFs and does not store any of the data.
