This Privacy Policy explains how Dokolo handles your information when you use our free business document generator service.
Data Collection
This tool does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers for tracking purposes. All document information you enter (such as company names, addresses, and amounts) remains in your browser's session storage and is only used to generate your PDF.
Form Data Handling
All form data you enter (recipient information, amounts, tax breakdowns, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. When you close the browser tab or clear your session, this data is automatically deleted. We do not have access to view or retrieve your document contents.
PDF Generation
When you generate a PDF, your document data is temporarily processed on our server to create the PDF file. This data is used solely for PDF generation, is not logged or stored, and is immediately discarded after the PDF is generated and sent to your browser.
Session Storage & Preferences
We use browser session storage to temporarily save your form data so you don't lose your work while using the app. We also use local storage to save your preferences (such as theme and language settings). This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers. No tracking cookies are used.
Third-Party Services
This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
Security
All communications with our server are encrypted using HTTPS. Since we don't store your data, there is no risk of data breach from our servers.
