This Privacy Policy explains how Dokolo handles your information when you use our free business document generator service.

Data Collection

This tool does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers for tracking purposes. All document information you enter (such as company names, addresses, and amounts) stays in your browser while you use the app and is only used to generate your PDF.

Form Data Handling

All form data you enter (recipient information, amounts, tax breakdowns, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored persistently. When you reload the page or close the browser tab, this data is automatically cleared. We do not have access to view or retrieve your document contents.

PDF Generation

When you generate a PDF, your document data is temporarily processed on our server to create the PDF file. This data is used solely for PDF generation, is not logged or stored, and is immediately discarded after the PDF is generated and sent to your browser.

Preferences

We use local storage to save UI preferences such as theme settings. Form data is not stored persistently and resets when you reload or close the page. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers. No tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

Security

All communications with our server are encrypted using HTTPS. Since we don't store your data, there is no risk of data breach from our servers.
